Kyodong was founded in Gangneung, Gangwon Province, Korea in 1979 by renowned Korean Chef Lee Mangu. Lee Mangu perfected the recipe for the traditional Chinese influenced Korean dish Jjamppong (Spicy Seafood Soup), winning top 5 recipe in Korea.

To preserve the authenticity of the recipe, chile powder and dried seafood for the broth are imported from Korea. Our noodles are made in house and each dish is cooked to order, providing a fresh and flavorful taste.
